Tastings
Tastings are often held on a week-night in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra… A little light-hearted, this shorter event includes four to five distinctive Champagnes perfectly matched to canapes or a light menu…. An ideal event to simply turn-up to by yourself, or bring a girlfriend, and meet like-minded Champagne Aficionados ready to expand their horizons, too.
Masterclasses
Masterclasses are where we get more involved and compare the champagne in an intimate food and wine-pairing occasion. Offering a more substantial menu, and range of Champagnes, each wine will have the history of the Maison, the vigneron’s techniques and idiosyncrasies shared and celebrated…
Private Events
Do you have a group of girlfriends who love to get away together? Do you have a special birthday coming-up which deserves a celebration with your favourite people?

Planning a bridal shower?
A Champagne Goddess event can be a wonderful way to celebrate your girlfriend’s upcoming wedding! Ideal for group of 6 to 26, you will be led on a journey of Champagne (and Sparkling Wine) and the history and impact the Women of Champagne brought to the industry. Everyone leaves with a gift – and we can organise something special for the bride.

Brimoncourt – May 2017
Sharing the evening with the inimitable (former) Champagne Brimoncourt representative Hugues Villemain, we created an intimate dinner for 20 guests, upstairs at St Claude’s Bistro, Woollahra. Presenting five Champagne from the House of Brimoncourt, perfectly matched to four classic French dishes, was a perfect way to farewell to Hughes, as the House’s presence continues to thrive in Australia.
Piper Heidsieck – May 2018
What a joy to showcase five exciting Champagnes by Piper Heidsieck; in particular the Piper Heidsieck RARE 2002… what an experience, what a wine. Presented in an intimate manner, next to the open fire-place in The Bar at Sir Stamford at Circular Quay, this Winter’s evening event was warmed-up with savoury canapés served on tiered stands to match the Piper Heidsieck non vintage, Essentiel (zero dosage), Rosé, 2006 vintage Champagnes, culminating in the ‘piece-de-resistance’: the ‘Rare Millesime Champagne 2002’ – exquisite. Stay tuned for another Piper Heidsieck event in 2019…
Sunday Soirees at Bistro St Jacques, Redfern 2018
Held last summer; we learned about the intricacies and distinctions between Champagne and Sparkling Wine – and why ‘Il n’y a le Champagne que de Champagne’.
Offered: Two tasting glasses: one Champagne, and one premium Australian Sparkling Wine, matched to two tasting ‘amuse bouche’ plates prepared with love by Head Chef Brett Jeffrey.
