Let’s get away…

Susan’s intimate knowledge of France and the French language means her bespoke tours to the Champagne region of France are personalised and authentic; while her passion and knowledge of the wine-making techniques of ‘Methode Traditionelle’ means her tours to other global sparkling wine destinations of the world are equally as entrancing.

Australia’s Sparkling Wine is brought to life with her annual guided tour to Effervescence Tasmania – Australia’s preeminent festival of sparkling wine, held every November near Launceston, Tasmania (and sold-out, again this year).

Susan has many more luxury tours, trips and adventures to share:

Private, bespoke tours to Paris and the Champagne region; and onwards to The South of France and the principality of Monaco are possible again…

New Caledonia is a glorious new 4-day get-away celebrating the French Cheese Festival with masterclasses on Champagne…  plus Weekends away in the Hunter Valley, Adelaide Hills, and New Zealand are all in design!

Don’t just take my word for it! Hear what past clients have to say about the tours and classes I’ve held…

Lots of fun and laughter

Had a wonderful time with the Champagne Goddess at the 2018 Tasmania Effervescence Festival. Susan provided for every occasion making it memorable. Lots of fun and laughter.  A most enjoyable and worthy occasion, not to mention the Tasmanian Sparkling Wines!

Effortless and organised

Touring to Tasmania with Susan is always effortless and organised. We really enjoy the program of masterclasses at Effervescence Tasmania, however this year Susan created some bespoke activities that were better than expected. Meeting Tasmanian Winemaker Natalie Fryar at our own dinner was really interesting. I learned a lot.

Christine, Adelaide

Immersed in the French culture

Susan’s local knowledge and fluency in the French language allowed me to feel relaxed and able enjoy the feeling of being immersed in the culture of this French colony.
